The Firebox features a gas assist starter and a dual level 18" square grilling surface as well as a slide out ash pan for easy clean up. Extra heavy duty polyurethane self lubricating casters are a must for this size smoker. Perfect temperature is read by American made custom Big Hat Tel-Tru thermometers. 1" threaded drain, adjustable air dampers, cool touch spring handles, 1200 degree high temp paint and pull handle.
