Alexa Stevenson Interior Decoration

Alexa is fantastic, and we feel very lucky to have found her. She is a fun person to work with. She is great at listening to what we want, and when (quite often) we don't know what we want, she is very good at pulling ideas out of us and at presenting options we'd never thought of. My first impression of her was how prompt and professional she was-- I never had a question or concern that wasn't immediately addressed, and nothing was ever finished until we were completely satisfied. My final impression is simply of how talented she is. She helped us remake our living room with a large rock fireplace as a centerpiece, modern fabrics, sofa, chairs and new carpet. It looks amazing! We will absolutely be using her in the future, and we highly recommend her!

Alexa has impeccable taste and completely transformed our house. She listened to what we wanted and made it even better than we could have imagined. She is easy to work with, is very accessible, and has so many great ideas. She stayed within our budget and was always coming up with solutions to any problem we ran into (such as storage issues or building limitations). The colors she chose and the way she mixed patterns really makes our rooms stand out from other designers’ work. We have gotten so many compliments and everyone wants to know who did our design work. I would not hesitate to use Alexa again for any design project, big or small.

I hired Alexa because I was moving into a 350 sq foot studio and knew that I would need a professional to maximize space and make it livable and not feel super cramped. She had amazing storage solutions which were functional and attractive and I get so many compliments on my apartment. We focused on a pallet of a few colors/patterns and she helped me know where to splurge and where to save. She is extremely easy to work with, stays within a budget and is a lot of fun. She has tons of ideas but also keeps you on track so that in the end, it's exactly what you want.
