Over two decades ago, our owner Jeff Herman chose to design and build luxury custom pools and outdoor living simply because he had a driving desire to see the ideas and possibilities confined within his mind brought to fruition. Since then, Water Rock has been creating the ultimate in luxury and exotic custom pools, as well as entire outdoor living areas.
