Andrew Galdau, the owner and founder, considers it the contractor's responsibility to anticipate the client’s needs and make the process as simple and enjoyable as possible. We take a client-centric approach with project we complete. When historic landmarked Manhattan luxury properties need a “white gloved” service to upgrade, renovate and put the sterling finishes on a client’s living space we do it with aplomb and finesse ensuring that every detail receives a museum quality. Priding ourselves on personalized service, Empire City seeks out historic preservation and restoration projects. Andrew believes that taking a 75 years neglected building and bringing it back to its original beauty is especially rewarding.
