Phil Sales has been specializing in kitchen and bath INTERIOR remodeling design, cabinetry and counter tops as well as working with contractors to coordinate the project. While not being an Architect, I do interior design for existing structures. As a Kitchen Art consultant I work with well established and proven general contractors to provide a streamlined construction process which takes the stress of of the homeowners. Initial concept designs are on a no charge basis along with pricing. A appropriate design fee retainer is collected once the commitment is made with the client and is applied to the final contract price. I have been installing and designing kitchens and baths since 1986 and have owned two remodeling businesses acting as a manager and principle operator for 12 years. I now work full time with Kitchen Art a Ferguson Enterprises owned company.
