Hip is fantastic. If you're in Portland and looking for MCM or Modern furniture, then look no further. Trust me - I spent the exhaustive man hours hitting up literally every furniture store, vintage shop, in the greater Portland area looking for what I wanted and I can tell you Hip is the only place you really need to visit. Both Hilary & Aaron have gone above an beyond to ensure I was a very satisfied customer: from providing a temporary couch for me while my custom leather black chaise arrived from Natuzzi in Italy, to designing a brilliant furniture layout to accommodate my sleek Calligaris dining table. I've outfitted my bedroom, dining room, and living rooms all with Hip. Can't thank them enough.

After a recent move, wanted to update the look of our furnishing at our new home. I was overwhelmed with the task of purchasing furniture for our nook area, kitchen bar stools, family room and living room. After many months of going round and round on dead end options, I ended up at HIP furniture working with Aaron, one of their designers. He is one of a kind and absolutely terrific designer. He came over and mostly listened to what I was trying to achieve as far as feel and comfort and looks. He then helped me pick out the furnitures and at times kept me in check, when I was getting off track from my own style. Finally everything we ordered in March arrived in June and happy to say that I love our new furnishing and I couldn't have done it without Aaron's help and the quality and reasonable price furniture that is offered at HIP furniture.

After looking for several months, I finally found that prefect coffee table for my remodeling project in Vail, CO. (This was not my first purchase with Hip.). The sales staff are always very helpful and provide great customer service. I am currently working with them on other items for this project.
