Great selection on area rugs. I found just what I wanted. Prices seemed fair compared to online, and staff was was very knowledgeable.

I went to several carpet stores and decided on Hagopian because of their large selection of carpets and their excellent reputation. I was very impressed with their employees who seemed to be very well trained, knowledgeable, and able to provide excellent advise. I would return to Hagopian for future flooring needs and also look to them for carpet and rug cleaning. I was very satisfied with their superior service.

After having a negative experience through a designer I went straight to Hagopian and found the exact same, beautiful Stanton carpet. Their service was attentive and thorough as I made my selections and only got better as we worked through measurement and then installation. Everyone I met was professional and courteous.

Hagopian has clean our carpets (and occassionally furniture) yearly for 5+ years. They are professional, prices are reasonable, and they are quick & efficient. We typically opt for cleaning of 4 rooms, 2 flights of stairs (basement and upstairs) and some spot cleaning around a large area rug we have. We also have scotchguard put down in a couple of our rooms prone to spills. Our cost is usually $220 or so. Carpets are not saturated, so they dry overnight, which is a plus.

From the scheduling to the onsite service, they are professional, polite, very quick & prompt, very knowledgeable, and also do a great job. There is no hard upsell from their guys in the field, but they will give you their frank opinions and advice, which I find very helpful. Their prices are competitive and the quality is outstanding. I would recommend Hagopian to anyone that wants a hassle-free experience and doesn't want to worry about who's in their house or what they are going to do. Top notch!

This is a very well run long established business that has served this area for a long time. Our requirements were satisfied and booked as a special order that was fully explained using the in house computer and building the order exactly to fit our room and color needs. They sell beautiful oriental rugs and make great non slip protective pads at a very reasonable price that last for years . I have used Hagopian for years to clean my rugs , carpeting and upholstery in my home and the job they do is unsurpassed.
