“I can't say enough good things about Signature Carpet One. Not just a flooring store...they have a great selection of carpet, hardwood, tile, countertop materials and Hunter Douglas window coverings! The prices are competitive and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had them do my bathroom and kitchen remodel. I felt at ease with their professionalism and ability to work with my schedule for installation. The crew was great. They were punctual, clean, careful, paid attention to detail and obviously took pride in their work. John and Stefy were both a pleasure to work with, attentive, understanding and communicative. They are genuinely good people that care about their family owned business. They did an outstanding job and I'm a very satisfied customer! I will be hiring them again to refinish my hardwood floors. I will also order my custom area rugs and window coverings through them. Thanks!”

“Before moving into our new home, we wanted to replace the flooring in the living room, dining room and kitchen, changing the style from a rustic, country look to a clean, modern design. We were also on a tight timeline, because we had already scheduled the movers. And we are picky about design, so it was not an easy task we set for ourselves. We found Interiors and Textiles by searching online for anywhere local that carried a certain brand of flooring. Then we stopped by for a look at all types of flooring -- carpet, vinyl, wood -- wanting something with a designer look. We found the sales team to be very helpful, not at all pushy, and sympathetic to our tastes and time constraints. And we were pleasantly surprised by the selection of wood flooring, and changed our design plan as a result. Interiors and Textiles was able to install the flooring within our timeline. They started just a few days after our purchase, by removing the old imported Italian tile flooring. Then by our move-in date, they had the new floor ready for us to move in, and stopped back a few days later to make sure we were happy and to add the final finishing touches, like the trim. Overall, we were very happy with the product selection, the sales team, the service, the installers and the results. We were able to get flooring that you couldn't find at a big box store or a discount warehouse, and to get it installed quickly. We will stop by again for our next remodeling project.”

“Exceptional in all areas! The process went extremely smooth from beginning to end. Bill and his team, were extremely honest and upfront with all their recommendations and/or quotes. My wife and I were unsure as to what color and type of carpet we wanted installed. Bill on numerous occasions, came out to the house to educate us about the different types of carpets available in the market, along with leaving samples for us to place around the house to help visualize and feel the final product prior to making a purchase. “Susan Dorsey and Abbey Carpet were the perfect choice for our home flooring project. From the day we walked into their showroom until the day the work was completed, we dealt with pleasant, skillful, professional people who communicated with us regularly throughout the project. Susan stayed on top of the project throughout, informing us of the work schedules, schedules that were always met. The installers were pleasant, skillful, and thorough. A minor installation concern was dealt with swiftly. Susan made sure to inspect the work herself upon completion. We highly recommend the services of Abbey Carpet and Susan Dorsey.”
