Their expertise and knowledge is what impresses me the most. Denise stays up to date on all the changes in the building and appliance industry and passes on the education to her clients. “I have purchased multiple products from this company and each time it's been a breeze. The customer service is exceptional, timely and very friendly. I had a malfunction with my eyevac and not only did I reach a real human being immediately (I'm endlessly tired of trying to yell at a robot over the phone) but they replaced my eyevac right away. The ease with which we bought our eyevac is rivaled only by the eyevac itself. Having a lot of wood floors and a white haired dog we're always looking for ways to make cleaning easier and this not only looks great in our kitchen but it makes sweeping up the hair daily considerably easier than trying to use a dust pan. All in all I have only had great experience with this company!”

“I don’t usually leave reviews - the range and quality are fantastic we also had a great experience with customer service. The installers were using the instructions - one page was only in Italian. After some grumbling and cursing by the installers… I said let’s call and see if they could help. 2nd ring - got Jessica - she was great! Within about 2 minutes instructions (in English) were in my email inbox and they had it hooked up. Beautiful range - great service!”

“We called Appliance Express to check on our oven. Mike, the service repairman, arrived, promptly put on his booties and checked out the oven. He was polite, cheerful and efficient. Quickly determined what the problem was and told me exactly what needed to be done, ordered the parts and when the repair could be made. Mike came back to makes repairs exactly when he said he would and repaired the oven. Best part of their service is that they give you a date and time frame, but also call you within a half hour of arrival. We will continue to use Appliance Express for our warranty work and repairs.
