After giving her a thorough inspection he told us that the hose were old and getting worn and one of them had started leaking. He gave us the option of replacing that hose, or he said that he could replace several parts that were looking worn, minor stuff that would help keep her washing dished for years to come. We opted for the second option, and I am so glad we did. The old girl is running like new again, and I was really impressed by how reasonable the final bill was. We thanked Victor and got his cell number so we could call him directly next time. He told us it was a pleasure meeting us, and if we ever needed anything to give him a call personally, and if he could he would take care of it for us. That is the kind of service companies use to offer. It is really refreshing to see a company that still cares about the customers.”
