“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EVERY LEVEL!! I recently purchased a Whirlpool washing machine from Slyman Bros in Ballwin, MO. This purchase was my first experience with them and they now have a customer for life. My washer broke one week before Christmas, and I was preparing to leave town for 10 days. I had laundry to complete before I left and there is not laundromat near my home. I quickly researched all of my options and Slyman Bros was the only retailer able to deliver the washer prior to my departure (which was an enormous relief to me). In addition, they offered the model I wanted for the lowest price (which included the delivery, hook-up, removal/disposal of broken unit, and the hose needed for hook up). Since time was of the essence, all of the arrangements were made over the phone with their employee, Mike Reagan. A few weeks later I contacted Mike about a small concern I was having with my washer and he went above-and-beyond to find a solution, and did it in a timely, friendly, knowledgable, professional manner. I highly recommend Slyman Bros. Customer service is extremely important to me, and their dedication to exceptional old-school customer service is hard to come by these days.
