“Wonderful service! Igor came the next day at promised time. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and then fixed it thoroughly, checking his work. The cost for the diagnostic visit was reasonable, and it was applied to the total cost of the repair--$120 total. Igor cleaned up the work area. It was quick, within my modest budget, and Igor was polite and energetic--didn't waste any time! I will certainly use IT IS FIXED whenever I have an appliance problem.”

“Highly recommend! Professional, prompt, and trustworthy. The employee who scheduled our appointment over the phone was so kind and helpful. The technician arrived exactly when scheduled and I even got a text ahead of time to let me know that he was on the way. I had zero hesitations about being home alone with my baby when the technician worked on our ice maker. AND our ice maker is now working as good as new!
