“I am thrilled with our home renovation. Cory Smith was absolutely great to work with. After discussing what we were looking for in our renovation, Cory set out to design the perfect living space, all the while keeping our budget in mind. He came up with some wonderful ideas and completely exceeded our expectations. We were impressed with Cory’s level of detail – and his presence almost daily on the job site. More than once Cory asked to builder to change something he felt was not done to his level of perfection. Cory is creative and his designs are both beautiful and functional… once I suggested he eliminate something in his drawing I thought was unnecessary (a pantry!) and he convinced me to keep it. “I asked Palmyra's help with the design of my new kitchen, as well as the 2 full/1 half bathrooms of my new house. With regards to the kitchen, the assigned architect had already made an initial design, but I was very unhappy with it (but had to just let it slide since the bureaucracy in Greece is extremely time consuming). I was also building the house with 1 more person so I couldn't fully make my own decisions early on. Not only Palmyra made me love the new kitchen that she designed, the assigned architect also admitted it was a much better design! Spacious, open, but very, very functional with lots of storage space. Looks awesome too, everyone entering the house comments on the kitchen. As for the bathrooms, Palmyra encouraged me to be creative, and she would never "instruct" me, even though many times I asked her to just tell me what to do! She always mentioned that the house should have something from me as well, and I should be the one making the final calls. She would of course steer me out of potential issues with my decisions, but the end result is that I truly love the bathrooms, especially the purple guest bathroom! I super strongly recommend Palmyra. Besides her knowledge and professionalism, she actually taught me a lot about the process of remodeling, and I truly feel that the house has "something of me" embedded in it!”
