When we wanted some changes they made them for us. BUT did a great job of incorporating our original thoughts and ideas into the plans as they presented them to us. So the selections were more what we liked BEST vs... having to make significant changes to the design. The team lead by Felicia was understanding of our needs and wants and designed layouts that suited what our overall dreams were.
