“We hired Bruce to design an addition to our 900 square foot lake cottage. He drew plans to change the kitchen to a foyer, add a new kitchen, bathroom, and change a utility closet to a laundry area which also houses the on demand water heater and pump. He also designed a large deck lakeside and a covered porch on the roadside. He included central heating and air conditioning. His complete and detailed plans allowed us to be the general contractors. The end result is even more exciting than we anticipated. We would recommend Bruce to anyone looking for an excellent, thoughtful, flexible, and accommodating architect!”

Many had one or more attractive attributes but none were a “one-stop shop” for all our residential architectural design, permitting, and contractor sourcing management needs. “We had a remodel in 2000 of our screened in porch. They brought the floor up to the rest of the house (immediately the kitchen), raised the ceiling and installed beadboards, installed about 11 windows + 3 transom windows above on the end elevation. Maple floors, extra heating registers for winter.....it's beautiful. They raised and widened the door opening from the kitchen so it's visible at lot when you are in the house. We call it the "Garden Room" and edmphasize that with our interior design. One neighbor down the street copied out look! Quality work!”
