“My husband and I own a four unit apartment building in the Beverlywood area of Los Angeles that was constructed in the '40's. It was originally one of the "Co-op Style" buildings similar to the condos of today. Due to extenuating circumstances, it has been extremely difficult to update the building. HHDesign, with confidence and poise came to our rescue. Their professionalism and architectural expertise have turned a nightmare into a sweet dream. We were so impressed with their portfolio which is largely high-end and contemporary. This could have possibly been a stumbling block, however; you can imagine how pleased we were when, at their suggestion, they maintained the integrity of the building and style of the neighborhood. Even better yet, while honoring our budgetary constraints, they managed to give the building and grounds an incredibly needed facelift and artfully pulled the exterior facade into the 21st Century. We have had numerous complements from neighbors and friends and now have pride of ownership thanks to the tireless efforts and extraordinary service afforded by HHDesign. “My experience with Audrey Sato was outstanding. She truly is a talented architect who has both great vision and is detail oriented; making the process of designing and constructing my fitness studio a fun and seamless one. I appreciated that she kept in constant contact with me, and was very hands on from design through construction. I felt comfortable asking questions and giving input, and am was very satisfied with the results. Pictures of the studio can be found on Facebook under 'The Dailey Method Calabasas'. Its a beautiful space. Clients of the studio rave about how beautiful, well lit, and comfortable the space is. And we owe it all to Audrey Sato Design Studio!”

Successfully transforming the space within program requirements while creating the desired upscale, inviting, and chic atmosphere sought. The lounge design incorporated use of particular materials and fixtures that creatively blended the industrial vibe with modern. It was an absolute pleasure working with said firm and would collaborate on future projects.”

“My wife and I hired Jeannette Architects to assist us with a major remodel (interior/exterior) of our 3,500 sq. ft. ranch style home in Newport Beach. The task: incorporate warm contemporary design into our 1970's "woody cabin." As a real estate developer and because it's our third major house remodel there were many design elements we knew we wanted but many more that we needed help with. As capable as Jeff (Jeannette) is with his design sense, we believe that it's his ability to listen to his clients, understand client goals, how we will live in the space and how that fits into our budget is what sets Jeff apart from other architects. The Jeannette team met aggressive time constraints, produced a thorough set of construction documents, were always quick to provide clarification and answers to our questions and were great resources for product and material options and information. True professionals that we would use again and confidently refer to others. Our project is nearing completion and I can't wait to share photos.”

“I commissioned Magdalena to design a piece of exhibition furniture that would serve as a display case would include areas where visitors could sit. The exhibition focused on Frank Lloyd Wright and the Japanese print. Wright, an avid collector of Japanese prints had curated several exhibitions in the early twentieth century at the Chicago Art Institute which included benches and pedestals that he had designed specifically for the shows. So, I was looking for an important element for our exhibition -- a work of art itself -- that would capture some of Wright's design aesthetic. I was thrilled with Magdalena's design. I also appreciated all the time she gave to convey her ideas to the cabinet builder who realized her ideas. I sought Magdalena's advice on another exhibition element in 2012. She gave crucial input regarding the design, structure, and placement of a viewing platform which allowed visitors to get a new perspective on a large-scale floor installation. Again, Magdalena's courtesy, creativity, and insights were incredibly appreciated. She has an amazing sensitivity to each project and gets to the core of it sometimes before I can even express it in words.”

“Form Found Design is our go to firm when it comes to all things related to building design. Form Found is highly creative, innovative, at technology's cusp and highly responsible. I am the Executive Director of an international humanitarian organization based in So Cal. I did not look far when we needed guidance to plan innovative housing which has the potential to scale to over 10,000 homes. Initially I thought I would handle the project personally since I am an architect. I am so deeply glad I did not take on the project as I have witnessed firsthand, as a client, the depth and care Joseph and Ron have given to our project named Homes of Hope. Joseph and Ron don't "Let go" of an idea until it is perfected. Their attention to detail astounds me. Form Found Design is the epidemy of "Going the extra mile." Tandem to the highly professional manner in which they deal with all of our projects, Joseph and Ron are two of the nicest people on the planet. They are integrous, kind, passionate and a joy to be with. “Our company is presently working with Chris Stage and we so pleased with the projects he is involved with currently. Chris Stage is an excellent young Architect who makes our custom home projects go effortlessly. He is very patient, thinks outside of the box and attends all of our onsite meetings with a smile and afterwards we all receive minutes from our meetings. His ideas are innovative, current and he works very closely with the construction team, designer and homeowner throughout the entire project.
