About Us

We are a small newly formed drafting service company. We are based in Brooklyn NY and in South New Jersey. We perform all drafting in auto cad 2006 PC based. We also do architectural surveys of residential homes, commercial projects and mill work details. We're not Architects or Engineers, We do drafting and surveying. If you need architectural designs we can do them as well.

I am an architectural designer working in the city for 7 years. We worked to get him clarifications and paid fast by the client to get the product we needed as my regular surveyors were all busy (3 weeks out). He was not busy and went out quickly to measure. We did a small retail store, back of house area, and a long exterior facade. He was inexpensive and fast. But low and behold the product I got however was not good. I find big mistakes everywhere in the drawings he did and had, for example, a column missing, another column located a few FEET away from where it should be, and I'm sure a slew of smaller mistakes I'm bound to find out about. I brought him to the site to correct the mistakes which I pointed out to him and he did minimal work to correct and try to "make face" but I still have nothing to show for as I'm working from still erroneous questionable survey. I dont want to waste my time anymore. I just measured myself what I could. Highly NOT recommended.

first of all the original plan given to me was a lie. I was given a plan that shows one room to be surveyed. The actual space was split space. the retail space and a residential space. The only access to and from the retail space and residential space is to go through the basement of the building. They lied for a cheaper price quote. When initially quoted I did not need to go through the basement to get to the residential part of the survey. they gave me the plan showing only the retail space with no residential needed. The residential was the building supers apartment which I had no idea I needed to go through initially.michaelwong43 was misleading when he sent me the wrong plans for a cheaper quot.
