David is the reason we have our major house renovation just the way we imagined it. When our plan was stalled during the pandemic, David worked with us to make changes in the design twice! He was so great, listening to what we wanted, then he magically made it all work! We strongly recommend you choose David as your architect!

David was an excellent architect. He was very responsive to my ideas and always made any changes/revisions in a timely manner. David Sharff has designed several upgrades for my moms 100 year old over the past few years. He with his staff and his recommended contractor performed miracles on the house. They made a usable, modern bathroom and shower out of the tiny, 5x8 family bathroom.David designed plans for both a significant addition to the house, a new bath and laundry room combination and the renewal of the old wraparound porch. He has an impeccable work ethic, was attentive to our needs, and is extremely patient. My husband and I both highly recommend David Scharff.

We worked with David for a recent kitchen renovation that involved opening up our dining room (taking a wall down), opening up our stairs, adding a pantry and re-doing a powder room. He was very thoughtful every step of the way, incorporating our specific requests into the design and helping to create a space that would work well for our young family. David had creative ideas. He was always prompt to respond to questions or concerns that came up during the project. He was even able to help with interior design, including paint color selections, wallpaper and fixtures. Working with David really streamlined a seemingly daunting project. We are thrilled with the final outcome!

David did an excellent job bringing our dream/ vision to life. He listened to our wants and needs and worked collectively with us to create a beautiful house we can now call home! With his guidance, we were able to maintain the aspect and consistency of the existing neighborhood and incorporate historical character into our new home.
