From our first meeting, I very much appreciated Jill Neubauer Architects’ acknowledgement of my goals to preserve the historical elements of the house while thoroughly modernizing the home. Throughout the process I felt that JNA truly listened to my ideas and goals and it, therefore, was a pleasure to work together because we had that shared agenda. They were aware of my goal to retain many elements of the existing house and were responsive in designing with that in mind. The Project Manager was excellent to work with and I was impressed by his attention to detail on a complicated project that required a lot of problem-solving. Retaining that sense of old—balanced with the modern overlay—was a fine line to walk and the Jill Neubauer Architects team did a fantastic job.

Jill and her team has been a pleasure to work with. She does so much more that just draft a house for her clients. She puts time, thought and energy into the project. Making sure the house design not only suits the home owners but also incorporates the surrounding of its environment. Her designs are far from easy, this coming from a builders perspective, but Jill is willing to work together as a team. Always insuring that the house is built to the highest of standards.

We had a great experience with Jill Neubauer Architects when renovating a challenging 3,000 single story building in Oak Bluffs at all stages of the project. Jill and her team helped us all along the way and we would highly recommend Jill for work on your home. A good architect - like Jill - with mature and solid design expertise will make a lasting difference in your new or renovated home. We had a number of challenges in renovating this mid-Century modern home in a mature neighborhood. Jill was very articulate and explained everything along the way over the 2+ years it took to renovate this property. We love the work that Jill and her team did for our family and would highly recommend her firm.

A great team to work with. After our waterfront renovation project stalled, we hired Jill and her team. They brought the whole project together very quickly with great, innovative ideas, helped us through the builder selection process and oversaw the project. Jill comes at the project from an artist's perspective and that has resulted in a beautiful flow to the house. JNA uses the latest technology to provide clients with 3D renderings and virtual walk-throughs. This helped us immensely in our decision making process. And they are just really nice, really professional people.
