I framed 2 buildings with LCR's design a big home and a 5plex both had alot off design flaws mainly around stair wells . It take significantly more time to build with his drawings He absolutely will not call u back once he figures out your phone number and if u call the engineer that stamps the plan he says it's not his problem and to call lane and if it's something you have to get a letter for the inspector good luck he WILL NOT call u back or help u even if u drive to his office he is mia it is one answers one of the worst companies I have ever built with and I highly recommend using someone else
