Formed in 2014, LSArch is a design + build LLC founded from the valuable design and construction experience of owner + founder Leonardo Silva. His passion for integrative design, great attention to detail, and managerial experience have helped clients find the right fit in a one stop shop for their design needs. What started as purely design consultations has now grown into a successful business that combines the right design facilitators with expert fabricators. Today, the firm excels on design process, project architecture, project management, interior alterations, complete renovations and garden design. Our 'master builder' approach leads design, controls the process, and guides contractors and owners towards a successful solution. Our passion doesn't stop there. Also deeply rooted in our culture is the impact great design can have in those communities needing it most. We strive to commit to using design resources, time and assets in the search for better housing equality and the improvement of global health. A portion of design and construction fees are donated towards these causes, both locally and internationally.
