Jeremy Miller designed an addition that adds a handicapped accessible bathroom and larger master bedroom with adjoining wheelchair ramp. The ramp is enclosed in a concrete wall with a porch and stairs, plus the ramp gradually leads to the sidewalk. It is functional and a permanent part of the home. It is difficult to identify it as a wheelchair ramp from the street. The bathroom has lots of natural light, a vaulted ceiling, and open shower with all the amenities we need. Jeremy also designed a frame over for our existing porch to make it match our new porch. He was above all an excellent listener, thoughtful, calm, knowledgeable and committed to meeting our needs with good design features that were ADA compliant. Jeremy has continued to monitor the progress of the project, which is nearing completion. We consider his services to be an extraordinary value .
