For private residential work such as new house design or renovation, we can cover all areas of the project, from briefing to contract administration, including architectural and interior design, project managements and permitting assistance. Larger, commercial projects usually have a full design team with a number of other specialist consultants that assist the client. In this case, our role is typically more focused as the lead consultant where we also managed the overall design (drawings and specifications) and assist with the permitting process and the owner representation
