I cannot recommend SOON Architecture Studio and Chad Murphy highly enough! We were fortunate enough to have SOON recommended to us by friends who used them for a remodel and were extremely pleased with the process and the final product. Chad's expertise and dedication were instrumental in helping us design our new construction and optimize its floor plan. Despite a tight timeline, Chad remained consistently available and extremely professional. He was not only patient, but an exceptional listener, extremely informed, competent, and delivered exactly what we wanted.

SOON helped us create a dream house for our family. Chad spent a lot of time with us understanding our hopes and needs, he listened to our concerns (about the process, budget, and what we didn't know - it was our first time renovating), and he took all that into consideration as he designed an absolutely beautiful house for our family. The end product has exceeded my expectations. Chad is not only an expert designer that can create beauty and function in every element and every corner, but an expert in navigating the design and construction process. He spent time getting to know us as people and built trust. He is so creative and he helped us make smarter decisions than we would have otherwise, ensuring our renovation also set us up for some additions we plan to make in the future (but can't afford to do now). He was endlessly patient with us and explained everything, while also pushing our thinking on design - he saw opportunities and had ideas that we wouldn't have thought of. Our house is gorgeous. Thank you for everything, Chad.

If you are looking for an architect, look no further than Chad at SOON Architecture. We did not know what to expect and were a little intimidated by the whole process at first. We had never worked with an architect before and were not sure how this would go. Well, our first meeting with Chad, we knew we were in good hands and he was the right person for the job. He explained everything to us, with as much or as little detail as we needed. He was also so patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). He always had a smile and was very flexible with our needs. He met with the contractors on-site to walk them through the project and was always available by phone to answer their questions as well to get the right materials and specifications for their quote. We will work with Chad again in the future and we highly recommend him for all of your architectural needs. (Tusten, NY)
