“Our yard was getting a makeover, and the original "tin box on a stick" mailbox was looking tired and shabby. We love the esthetic of Urban Mettle's signage and planter box signs but didn't have a place to put one. So we worked with the designer for a custom mailbox/signage installation, blending the design and materials of their planters with the needs of our new landscaping. To make sure we met all the USPS requirements (government was on shutdown so we had to rely on their website for info) we ordered a Restoration Hardware letter box instead of having one made. Urban Mettle created and designed the rusted steel supports and faceplace, and drilled holes for the letter box and the street numbers (which they provided.) Our landscaper's crew dug holes for the footings and set the posts in QuikCrete, Now we have a sturdy and beautiful one-of-a-kind mailbox that complements our home and yard - we couldn't be happier with Urban Mettle.”

“JC Ornamental is a family owned business whose owner, Juan Carlos, gets involved personally with every project. He visited my home to assess the railings and fencing and gates I wanted designed, being sensitive to the design of the rest of the property which was total new construction. He returned to the site after drawings were done to review them and was present to supervise and actually participated in the installation. His project manager, Diego, tracked all the details and responded to my numerous questions. I was provided with detailed drawings needed by my architect to submit to our municipality for permitting. I visited his shop while the gates and fencing was being created and finished to inspect them. The finished product is beautiful and everyone who drives by our property stops to admire the fencing and gates. I recommend him without reservations, whether you are a design professional or homeowner.”
