“John is a true master and all-around good guy. We were roasting in the 95 degree + heat, certain that our office HVAC was dead. We called John Scarpelli to see what he could do. Not only was he there in 10 minutes (In the dead heat of summer) but found the problem was only the filter and batteries. He fixed the issue and refused to even charge us! “I first called Sean in January 2019 to make sure my furnace was in good working order and to look at some plumbing issues in the house I had just purchased. He showed up promptly, explained all the details of what was needed in a way I could understand, and gave me a quote for the cost. Since I was new to the northern climate, he showed me how the furnace worked, what the different parts did, and how to keep it clean and how to replace the filter. He did the necessary work for me in a timely manner, fixed the issues satisfactorily, and billed me for the amount quoted. Since then I've had him return and do some other jobs including adding an HVAC register in my basement, replacing my failing water heater, and inspecting the central A/C system before the summer season. I would not hesitate to call him again with any HVAC or plumbing work I need.”

“On time and not pushy like most plumbers.... Great honest work for a fair price...I had my HVAC installed by another company and found out that they were not honest and didnt do such a hot job.... I had a service contract with the other contract and my filters were never changed 7 years plus...Chris the owner of Raffa plumbing and heating came to my house with another worker and re-piped the units in the attic because they were pitched the wrong way. They also serviced both units and showed us how to change the filters ourselves... What plumber and HVAC company will do that for you...I will always use this company...”

“When we bought our home, we had several heating and cooling companies come to assess our non- functioning central air conditioning system. Every company, except Design Air Inc., could only suggest that the entire system be replaced, costing over $10,000. Design Air however, suggested that the system was only a few years old and that there was a way to repair it at significant savings. The workmen were prompt, efficient and professional. Our cooling units have been running perfectly for over five years now. We continue to use Design Air for yearly maintenance and repair work on both of our heating and cooling systems. Their rates are reasonable and their professional are a pleasure to work with.”
