They were creative, thoughtful and timely. When the table provided them with some unexpected challenges, they contacted me to discuss a solution and ultimately delivered a great piece without additional charge despite the additional work.”

“Coleen and I met through a framer in Venice, Fl. I was looking for a painting of a navy sling chair. I was introduced to this artist who took the time to "listen" and assured me she could paint the picture I described. In the end I secured 2 custom paintings exactly in the venue I wanted. I sent her pictures of my grandchildren and she sent me 2 sketchs. We were on the same page. I had a deadline, Coleen delivered, the paintings are wonderful. This artist is the real deal.”

“I contracted Sidney to paint a very large mural in my foyer. The mural was of a welsh castle, set in the time (from another painting in the 1500's). It was quite a large undertaking and Sidney did such a great job, I then contracted him to paint various murals in my master bathroom, turning that area into a "roman bath' type atmosphere. His addition touches of painting similar things that I had as accents really brought it all together! I highly recommend Sidney both on quality and price of his work. Regards, Mark S Miller”

“Kathleen is an exceptional decorative artist. Always the professional, Kathleen was enthusiastic & helpful with ideas, far exceeding my own ideas & expectations. She restored & painted several smaller pieces for my living room, one a table that belonged to my grandmother. What I considered the "big project," a dining room table & chairs that my husband & I bought almost 50 years ago & had been through our 3 children without any dings ,to each of them at different times when they were grown, many, many dings, scratches, gouges,etc,. before coming home to us. Kept in storage until I decided what to do. Kathy refinished/painted the table & chairs & reupholstered them. What a dream this set is! I was beyond words when I saw it. I gave Kathy an old, faded photograph, about 3"x3" of my grandmother & asked her to paint a portrait of her for a Christmas gift for my mother. When she finished it, I cried, it looked just like my grandmother. Really, Kathy is so very talented, I just cannot say enough. Please don't hesitate to use her services.”

“William Hartman Gallery is Sarasota's finest framing gallery. They do exceptional, museum quality framing. The gallery portion handles the work of post-WWII artists who established a notable artists colony in Sarasota. They also handle antique art prints. In recent years, they have amassed the largest collection of vintage photographs of Sarasota and the surrounding west coast. This is a not-to-be missed destination for those interested in Sarasota's history. From a personal standpoint, I use Hartman Gallery to frame all of my original paintings for exhibition and sales.”

“Hi- I bought two paintings from Alan Zawacki last year as an anniversary present for my wife. We got married in Jamaica and his art reminds us of that special time. We hung the pictures in the dining room and like them so much we had to order a 3rd painting! We get compliments on the art all the time. The purchase was easy, shipping was a fair price and quick (same day as ordered or the next day). The paintings came in excellent condition and were easy to hang-up.”
