I worked with Dean Evans and found him to be knowledgeable and friendly. His guidance was appreciated and when my wife and I wanted something a bit non-standard Dean worked with us and the owners so we really are very happy with the end product. Communication at every step of the process was excellent. There was a part of the order, a table base, which was not as per the order placed. I told Dean and he made sure the correction was made in a reasonable period of time and installed by Oios at our home. Any company can give great customer service when everything goes as planned, Oios went further, remedying an issue professionally and timely when something was not quite right.

The people are great to work with and good with ideas. Timely and professional. The metal table is beautiful and a wow feature for our home.
