Mixed media sculpture artist working from his environmentally-conscious studio in San Diego, James Stone merges the ancient media of glass and metal to create beauty and artistry. Designs include furniture, gates, wall and free standing sculpture.

Awesome glass artist. I took classes from James about 5 years ago and realized how much dedication and time (and love) goes into making each piece of glass. At that time, I bought a vase and I proudly display it where I can admire its beauty every day.

Stone and Glass run by James Stone is a great place to shop for glass art in the San Diego area. We stop by whenever we are in the area to see what new art items James has to offer. He is super friendly and will always take the time to tell you about his work. Want to learn the art of glass blowing or how to make glass beads well he teaches too. Over the years we have bought many pieces large and small and have been delighted with every one
