LM Building Design

While we're not quite at the build stage yet, we have thoroughly enjoyed working with Luis to get to the final drawings / building plans for our project! Luis is very creative with lots of great ideas, and was open to lots of back and forth to get things exactly as we wanted. We can't wait to start our build in the spring and watch our dream vacation home come to life!

It has been great working with Luis. He really is passionate about his projects and likes to be part of the process. Along the way, he has been very helpful and replies promptly to any questions or concerns I have. His interior and exterior renders are amazing and have been very helpful in all design decisions. I will definitely be using Luis to design my next project.

We used LM Building Design to design an addition and the interior layout of our house. They were excellent, ensured all our requirements were met and even included ones we didn't know we needed!
