About Us
Your Owner’s Rep serves as a critical component of the owner’s team. He becomes the “eyes and ears” of the owner beginning with pre-construction planning by developing and identifying the schedule, project team, and budget. He evaluates and guides the selection process to qualify consultants and contractors, and assists in the negotiation and technical development of their contracts. Owner’s Rep will also provide mechanisms for cost containment and quality control during the entire construction process.
