“re: Peter Wahlberg, FinelyBuilt LLC Peter is an excellent carpenter and cabinet maker. Initially we hired him to replace old, leaky windows with new double-paned windows. He researched several companies and provided us with detailed information and price comparisons, saving us a lot of time and confusion. His recommendation of a custom provider was our choice - less expensive than Marvin or Anderson, and just as good quality, if not better. Peter is very detail-oriented, and very conscientious. He suggested a few changes to the original plan that transformed the entire room, far beyond a simple window replacement. He created a custom built-in desk and shelving area, and also built a great rolling set of small shelves. Peter is a pleasure to have workiing in your home. I highly recommend him.”

He went above and beyond to ensure that the finished look was perfect and to be sure that we had the best materials and they were used in the smartest way. The detail on our kitchen was complicated, requiring large sheets of walnut to be labeled and sequenced in order to create a seamless finish. Len made this vision a reality and we love it.”

“We had Pawling Closets design and install cabinetry in a very large walk-in in our master br. They did a really nice job and we're very glad we had them do it. I considered the diy options, and I do most things myself so I am certainly capable. I did all the prep (remove old shelving, spackle, paint) on the closet before the install. But the quality is much better and custom fit is a lot nicer than what is available from the sellers of modular dyo stuff. We put the closet makeover in the category of a kitchen/bath improvement, as something that is going to matter in a resale. The design came out perfect, snug right to the window trim as planned, and the installers were very neat, not marking the newly painted walls. They run a good operation, and are not one of the contractors that you call and don't always hear from and can't depend on. Design was quick, and the delivery was a few weeks later once the materials came in. They promptly installed, checked up, and kept us well informed along the way. Five stars from us!!!”
