“Top contractor in New York! Worth every penny and more which is what it cost. I got a stunning new kitchen with no hassle. They took care of everything from beginning to end. All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and efficient. If I were to review Top10renovation staff one by one I think I would give them all 5 stars. The work was professional and neat. Everything as well coordinated we did nor have to wait a week between the different contractors, they all somehow smoothly coordinated things and everything fell into place. I would definitely use them again.”

“We had a custom arched door with glass installed in our dining room and built in bookcases and oak fireplace mantle in our family room. Kris did a fantastic job -- everyone who sees the door comments that it makes the room. The bookcases and mantle add style and function to the family room. Kris came, measured and installed efficiently and neatly. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend him. He is a true craftsman.”

“I've been using Pat & his company, Lombardo Carpentry for almost 3 years now for countless projects (20+); all the way from gutting and renovating my entire kitchen to an outdoor bar and kitchen. His work is top notch, he is neat (i'm big on this), is a perfectionist yet also finishes every project in a timely manner. “I hired Leo and company a few years back to help me with a project that consisted on adding a new room to my apartment. He helped me with some ideas that i really liked. Price was very reasonable, he is very professional, competent and the job was done very quickly. Leo is very thororough and something that I really liked is that he pays attention to every detail. “The master carpenter/owner of this firm is fantastic. His brings something unique to the table that I have not found in other contractors. Not only is his work product second to none, he has a unique design style, attention to detail, is courteous, trustworthy, fair, and honest. He can look at any situation and recommend the proper fix. He focuses closely on the clients needs and budget and does not take the job just to make money. Christopher is a true partner when it comes to home renovation. He is a great carpenter for small home repairs and a fair GC for larger jobs. He may be a sole proprietor with a small crew, but he gets the job done. He has done a variety of small and large jobs for us including crown moulding, general carpentry, repair, and a full bathroom renovation. He is also familiar with the claims handling process for home insurance, should the repair need be the result of a claim.”
