“We replaced 1982-era carpet throughout our new house with engineered hardwood, replaced kitchen, mudroom, sunroom and bathroom flooring with vinyl, installed tile backsplash. Jennifer Fallon of The Floor Gallery was amazing. She was informed, professional, and right there throughout the process of choosing, ordering, and installation of the products we bought for our house. Her installation team arrived promptly, worked quickly and professionally, and went the extra mile by working with the cabinet makers to get our ktichen looking marvelous. In fact, the flooring and tile work were the easiest part of our renovation, and it was due to Jennifer. The best thing I can say about this company is I am hiring them again to do the flooring and backsplash for the lower-level living space where my parents will be living within the next year or so.”

“Wow! more than I expected!!! As an Interior Designer myself for the last 30 years, I was expecting a rug that would meet our needs. But it exceeded our needs and satisfied our wants. Thank you Magic Rugs :) I was afraid at first it might have noticeable damage since it is a 10' x 13' Vintage rug 50 years old. But the pattern disguises any small normal wear cant even notice them besides they were exposed to the T prior to purchase, also, vintage wool pieces like this might have an odor normally.... BUT NOT this one, it was clean... perfect piece”

Jordan did everything I requested and he went the extra mile to help me decide the style and color of my carpet and hard wood floors Jordan made it known they order hardwood by our room size and it would take 2 to 4 weeks. If you want a good job you need to be patient. It is worth it in the end. Please call New Floors for your carpet/hardwood. I will keep referring them to everyone.”

“After suffering water damage from an undermount water filter, Pilot Flooring was subcontracted by Servpro of West Forsyth to handle my flooring. Hardwood floors were matched and replaced. They did an awesome job in matching my existing wood and laid the floors beautifully. I plan to have them replace my upstairs berber carpeting in the bedrooms soon. The workers were hard working and curteous.”
