“Terry, of B & R, was patient and took lots of time to educate us about appropriate flooring to use in our recently purchased condo. He had studied the photos from the measuring and researched various materials in order to accommodated our needs ( and desires). The price he quoted stayed within our budget and allowed for good quality products. The crews who did the installs were skilled, respectful and hard working. They took pains to correct pre-existing water issues, going above and beyond the basic installation. Great guys.”

“After two positive experiences purchasing carpet for our home, we decided to again hire Abbey Carpets of Tacoma for the remodeling of our two upstairs bathrooms. We met with Bob LaCoste at Abbey Carpets who became our project manager. Mr. LaCoste spent several unhurried hours assisting us with the design of a walk-in shower for one bathroom and a new tub/shower configuration for the other bathroom, including choice of tile and flooring. We were very pleased with Abbey Carpet and Mr. Lacoste’s work in our remodeling job. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. LaCoste and Abbey Carpet.”

“CR FLoors brings design, selection, and installation under one roof. In selecting carpet I was invited to make an appointment with their interior designer (at no charge). I brought paint samples, tile samples and room photographs to my design appointment. The designer walked me about the showroom pulling samples and helped me coordinate with my home by asking questions about my design goals. The final selection was beautiful and on trend. The follow-up was spectacular. Their installation department coordinated and communicated with me weeks in advance so I had plenty of time get my home ready and move furniture. The installation team was excellent and gave great attention to detail and protected my home during install. After install CR Floors followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied. I need to compare this with a competitor. I went to their showroom and was gruffly greet by a salesperson. when I said I needed help selecting carpet, they said what color? When I said off -white. She said the white ones are on that wall. And that was it. Needless to say my treatment at CR Floors made me feel my home was as important to them as it is to me. Where else would I have been able to meet with an interior designer to make my project special? Thank you CR Floors!”
