“After suffering water damage from an undermount water filter, Pilot Flooring was subcontracted by Servpro of West Forsyth to handle my flooring. Hardwood floors were matched and replaced. They did an awesome job in matching my existing wood and laid the floors beautifully. I plan to have them replace my upstairs berber carpeting in the bedrooms soon. The workers were hard working and curteous.”

“Great professional service. Jordan did everything I requested and he went the extra mile to help me decide the style and color of my carpet and hard wood floors Jordan made it known they order hardwood by our room size and it would take 2 to 4 weeks. If you want a good job you need to be patient. It is worth it in the end. Please call New Floors for your carpet/hardwood. I will keep referring them to everyone.”
