I walked in their store not knowing much about whether I should go with tile or a wood surface. Michelle took all the time necessary to explain the differences of each type of flooring material and did not finish until all my questions were answered and was completely satisfied. “We hired Irvine Carpet and Flooring to install carpet in home we just purchased. We looked at several places before choosing Irvine Carpet, and it was a no brainier. They have great customer service and their prices were the best we found, while still providing a quality product. We worked with Sean and he was incredible! We had a very short and specific timeline. (Needed carpet ordered and installed within 2 weeks). Not only was Sean able to meet this deadline, but he was able to complete it earlier than expected! Sean answered all of my messages in a timely manner and was very professional. In addition, the installers he sent to our home to install the carpet were very friendly and were able to complete the job quickly. I would highly recommend hiring Irvine Carpet and Flooring for all your flooring needs! We will certainly use them again in the future.”

“I have done business with West Coast Flooring for years and they are wonderful to work with. By and large my experiences have been positive and the few times that a problem occurred it was the manufacturer at fault not West Coast. The selection of wood, carpet, LVP, LVT, laminate, stone, and porcelain or ceramic tile is extensive. Pricing is excellent too.”
