I recently bought a vintage rug from Bespoky. It was an awesome quality rug and very fairly priced for that quality. The product itself was great, and the service I got from Bespoky was outstanding. There was a slight delay in shipping the product, and the owner of the company (Mesut) reached out to me personally and directly to reassure me and guarantee my satisfaction. I so appreciated that, and it made all the difference to my overall purchase.
