I can't even begin to express my satisfaction and gratitude to this wonderful company, especially Eric Poyer. With thousands of choices available in carpet, hardwood and tile; I dreaded the laborious task of trying to make these decisions. Eric listened as I expressed my likes and dislikes and quickly helped me narrow down my choices. This company had the best quality, selection and prices than anyone else in town and trust me I did comparison shop. Eric could have swayed me towards more expensive choices but he respected that fact that I am on a tight budget. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always look forward to visiting them. Our re-modelling project was initiated by us in Spring 2013 but due to a number of things did not get really under way until late spring 2014. We first were in touch with Eric Poyer in early 2013 and he helped us through a whole raft of decisions that we basically had no clue about. All through this time he was polite and appeared happy to see us, though he had every reason to curse us. I cannot thank him enough for bearing with us and ultimately getting us the products and the look that we are now delighted to have. In all we must have looked at dozens of different tile types and hardwood floor options. Eric provided advice and information on the pros and cons of each option. We ended up re-modelling the living room, kitchen, dining room and master bathroom. When we needed paperwork signed, eric was always prompt in getting pdf files e-mailed to us and getting orders in rapidly. the man is a gentleman who knows his stuff.

I was very impressed with Eric's knowledge of all of the floor coverings I was interested in. I felt very confident in his recommendations and appreciated the time he spent explaining the differences in carpets, pads, etc. Eric was always very prompt to return my phone calls and emails and really helped expedite my project, especially since we had a tight turnaround. I highly recommend ProSource, and specifically Eric.
