I was very impressed with the customer service I received from all the staff. They had helpful suggestions and great prices. I purchased Engineered hardwood flooring, WPC flooring and tile. I used my own installer. I was surprised of the tile options they had. Prices competitive. Worth coming here. I definitely recommend this store.

First Class Service We bought carpet and vinyl flooring from Carpet Superstore and were treated with excellent service by very friendly staff who helped with every stage of the process. Also had our carpet installed within a few days of purchase and we were amazed at the speed and absolute attention to detail on the install. Carpet Superstore (Calgary) was contracted by Service Master to install carpet (400 sq feet), vinyl flooring (50 sq feet) and tile in the bathroom (floor and shower walls). The first time the tile and vinyl flooring was installed, there were major issues. Tiles did not line up, they used the wrong colour trim, the floor was full of broken tiles and the pattern on the wall was inconsistent. We had them stop work before they could grout. We had an issue with our subfloor so all the flooring had to be lifted and re-installed. It was then when we discovered that they did not glue the vinyl flooring down on the first install. After a fight with the tile installer and Carpet Superstore, they tried again to complete the job. Vinyl flooring was installed improperly again, the pattern on the carpet did not line up, nor did the carpet extend all the way to the walls, and the bathroom tile was worse than the first attempt. The tile installer also damaged our countertops and bathtub and discarded his used grout water on our driveway and garden. We had to fire carpet superstore before more time and money was wasted on a job they clearly couldn't complete.

Great Service – certainly refer to family, friends, and co-workers As a Condo Board member for one of my properties I was given the task to obtain pricing on flooring for the hallways, being a high traffic area we needed direction on what would be the best product to put down. Cam and his team were wonderful people to deal with right from choosing appropriate product thru to measuring, installation and clean up!
