t was terrific, from design through installation. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. During installation, the installer expressed a concern that he could not find a stud in one of the closet side walls and stated that he would relay his concerns to his supervisor. He was true to his word and the designer came out to look at the installation within 2 days. As a result, California Closets is remaking some upright pieces for that wall to be floor rather than wall mounted. The quality of the materials, design and installation are top notch, and having the company recognize a potential problem and initiate corrective actions without any input or complaint from the consumer was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Everything worked out beautifully and as planned, from the initial consultation through final installation and timing. We were very happy with our choice to use them.

California Closets is probably the gold standard when it comes to custom closet and storage solutions. We started with an on-site visit to determie the scope of the project and to assess the existing interior design to ensure a good fit. From that visit, the project manage was able to procured a finish that had been discontinued to ensure the new system would blend into the space. He was also onsite during the installation and conducted a final walk through. The quality of the lighted workstation, storage and closet solution in our small bedroom is excellent. It is precisely what was needed and blended beautifully with elements already in the room. Though California Closets isn't usually the inexpensive option, you get what you pay for. I believe, the investment made enhances our home's value.
