I knew they were a younger company and were still trying to make a name for themselves. Their follow up was incredible from start to finish. They asked the right questions and were happy to answer any that I had, they let me know what time they would show up at, and when to expect them to be finished, etc etc. I was my usual fussy self and didn't like that there was a bit of a dip in one of the boards that was installed. Ubora immediately (within hours) came to replace it - no questions asked. After a few weeks of enjoying my deck, my neighbour decided to come over and ask if he could have Ubora's contact info. I was more than happy to recommend them. His deck looks fantastic too! I plan on using Ubora's services again next summer - this time, to install a carport and fence.”
