“I hired JT and his team to oil my brand new Ipe Brazilian hardwood deck. JT was very responsive, came to the house in about a day or so to inspect the deck and take measurements, and provided a fair proposal the following day. He had good recommendations for the job and also offered to pressure wash my driveway and sidewalk at a reasonable incremental cost. The pressure washing was done first and completely altered the entire appearance of my property, and then this was followed by the cleaning and sanding of the deck. The oil was applied once the weather permitted, and this brought the deck to life. In all, JT has been responsive and always in contact with me, and his helper is very friendly and organized. I would highly recommend working with JT and his company for these types of jobs. I'm fully satisfied and I look forward to hiring them again when the deck needs another application in the next 1-2 years.”

Armando was very helpful and communicated consistently with me in order to understand the scope of the work to be done. He came promptly and finished the work in one day. After completing the job, he leaned up the work site and I was left with a very attractive underdeck ceiling with lights and a fan. Although I have not completed all of the work for the that space, I have no reservations with the underdeck ceiling. Also, after completing the work, two weeks later we had a tremendous storm that gave us a lot of rain. I can say that there was no water leaks and the space under the deck remained bone dry.”
