He was very knowledgeable on the products and allowed us to weigh the pros and cons of the different systems available. Three weeks later, their crew came and installed the awning. They were very courteous and completed the job within a few hours. A few months later, we were having an issue with our wind sensor and thought it was broken. We called Canadian Shade and Chris was back the next day. As it turns out, it was just an issue with the battery which he replaced that day. No cost. No complaints. He was happy to help.
