I had the pleasure of working with Rich and his crew a second time. The patio cover they installed was perfectly constructed and installed.I am so happy with the outcome! Rich was very patient and gracious with unanticipated delays due to roofing issues. He is professional and very knowledgeable. His crew is efficient, respectful and easy to work with. Everyone aims to please. I recommend them highly.

From start to finish, this company was excellent to work with. From the first visit from Rich, who showed us the products and took measurements, it was a pleasure to work with him. So professional, friendly and quick to send quotes and answer our questions. Ordering was easy, since Rich handled it all. Installation was also quick, with Shannon and team doing an excellent job. Shannon was prompt and efficient, to say the least. The patio cover is amazing, and very well constructed, with no flaws. It looks beautiful and completely transformed our backyard. I had an excellent experience with The Patio Cover Deck and Fence Company. Richard came by and we discussed my backyard project. We discussed the pergola I wanted, best size and best moment in the backyard project to install since I was having multiple businesses do multiple things in my backyard. When I was at the moment the pergola posts needed to be installed, David, came and set the posts. We discussed the exact placement of the pergola based on views, the path of the sun, the opening of my gate, etc. He was very thoughtful. I live in an area that is windy, with gusts up to 50 miles an hour. David ensured the pergola would never take flight. When I was ready for the pergola to be installed, although it was nigh on Thanksgiving week, Richard ensured that the pergola didn't wait as we navigated both their schedules and mine. David returned and installed the pergola. He did a really excellent job. He was kind in showing me how to open and close the ceiling. He was assuring as he discussed with me the strength and setting of the pergola. Honestly, the Solara pergola is so beautiful. I am very pleased with the product. David took great care to ensure there wasn't anything like mars, scratches, uneven paint or blemishes of any type. I feel The Patio Cover Deck and Fence Co. are a quality company, with quality people. I think they care about relationships. I think if anything went awry they wouldn't hesitate to come make it right. All that said, I doubt anything will go awry. They did a stellar job.

Rich and his crew built a 700 square-foot deck for us. They did a great job, from planning, to materials guidance, to building (while accommodating our changes throughout!). I would enthusiastically recommend them for your project.

The project took a little longer than expected due to COVID, but the final result turned out great and we were pleased.

Patio Deck and Fence replaced our deck. They did a fantastic job. In several areas made improvements that I hadn’t asked for or thought of. The crew was very professional.

Could not be any happier with our new pergola that "Patio Cover and Fence Company" built for us. Not only is the quality of the product they used (Solara Louver System) top notch, their workmanship that Richard (owner, "Patio Cover and Fence Co" ) and his construction team did was amazing. The attention to detail in order to give us a great patio cover is very much appreciated. One of the crew came back on Saturday, probably on his day off, to make some finishing touches that I was not even aware of that needed attention. It shows this company has integrity in their quality of work. I would for sure recommend "Patio Cover and Fence Company." Only problem I had is that Richard is a SF Giants fan and I am a LA Dodgers fan. But we were able to overcome our differences : )

Richard Mussallem and his friendly crew recently replaced our 800 square foot redwood deck with brown oak TimberTech surrounded by Fortress Black Sand Iron Railings. Rich suggested the materials, and they match our white Mediterranean-style home beautifully. But even more important is the high quality of work he and his team provided. The deck truly is stunning. Rich was so pleasant to work with. He is a great communicator and kept us posted on all that was happening with the scheduling of our deck replacement. He was available to answer our questions, and when some tricky deck adjustments had to be made, his ideas, design and craftsmanship were terrific. I give Rich my highest recommendations, and if another project like this comes up for us in the future, Richard Mussalleum and The Patio Cover Deck and Fence Co. team will be the ones who we will call.
