We hired William Patios to build a new floating deck and screen patio. We are very satisfied with the job they did. Mike listened to all our suggestions and made many recommendations that we used. The crew came always on time and worked very hard. I couldn't install a traditional awning because the patio is 40' off the ground and it's incredibly windy up there. The Williams Patios' cover was just the solution to my problem. The roof cover is sturdy, beautiful and has a great guarantee. I recommend checking them out for any patio, deck, railing, or fencing jobs. Thank You for making our backyard modern and beautiful.

I have been working on getting a patio cover in our back yard, we have a big patio and wanted it all covered, so we had Williams Patios came out and give us a estimate. Jonathan was very good and very professional. We were very excited to finely get this up and doing this before the summer heat hit. Then we had to slow our roll down a bit, because we are now in a pandemic so we waited a few weeks then decided to call to see if they were still opened and taking orders. Jonathan was very nice and professional as well. Within one week we were watching our patio being built. They left NO mess to clean up, they cleaned very thing up. Thank you all and please stay healthy and safe.

We worked with just about everyone at Williams Patios from scheduling with Mark, our Project Manager and his design, project management and the installation. Our experience was terrific. The organization as a whole is completely professional, the cost was reasonable and every person is just as pleasant and personable as they can be. We had an excellent experience, and Mark in particular went above and beyond for the entire process. We started the process during lockdown, so there were many delays -- none that they caused -- and they all had to work extra hard to make sure timelines were maintained. Complete pool & patio remodel. Williams Patios was very punctual and responsive. They completely transformed our backyard pool area, in conjunction with my landscaping company, into our own little paradise. Recommended a new sun shelf, along with additional return lines & dedicated vacuum line to ensure our pool would be as functional as well as beautiful. Highly recommend them for any type of patio remodeling and driveway restoration work.

We recently went through the sales and design process with several companies, and Williams Patios won our business. David and Steve at Williams Patios were great to deal with - having dedicated sales and design was a major differentiator. With other companies often the business side or creative side was lacking - but not with this team! Even with the busy market, David made time outside of work hours to answer all our questions and always got back to us quickly through multiple communication channels. After reading reviews extensively, we chose a few pool companies to come out and talk about our vision for our backyard oasis. There will always be negative reviews, but reading between the lines as best as I could, I had the best feeling about Williams Patios from both a quality and cost perspective. When I called them, I specifically mentioned that I had read great reviews about Tim and Mark for the design aspect. I got a phone call back from Tim within a few hours, and they were at our house the next day. Tim and Mark were not only the most personable, but they nailed our vision right from the start! After sitting with it for a bit, we did end up wanting a few things changed, and they made the changes with ease, never pressuring us when we needed more time to think it over. And while other companies took over a week on a design rendering, Both had ours ready in a few days. Tim and Mark have been great about responding to texts and emails incredibly quickly, explaining everything from equipment to process thoroughly, and overall being warm and wonderful people to interact with! We are so excited to watch our vision come to life over the coming weeks! I highly recommend calling Williams Patios and asking for Tim and Mark!

Mark and Tim did an amazing job. The new brick patio and the paved walkways spiralling out of it look like a blooming flower with the intricate pattern of the pavers. These guys have an artistic touch for sure. They completed the entire work in a stipulated period. Mark and Tim were very professional and courteous. Happy with the results. Great service and a quality build. Adam and everyone I dealt with were always helpful, from our quote to choosing colours at their office to the build. We had a very long approval process due to being in a bushfire zone and our local council being very slow, they were always helpful with what I needed to do next in this process. Once approved the build schedule was fast and our patio was up within a few hours. We had quotes from other companies and Williams Patios, San Jose were by far the best value and service of the lot.

Mark and team did a wonderful job, sealcoating and replacing our driveway. They were great and efficient to work with. Their price was very reasonable. When I contacted Mark we had the idea of resurfacing the entire driveway but when he check it he recommended replacement and sealcoating. We highly recommend them for all your patio needs.
