Feia Construction had previously done remodeling work at both my daughter's home and business and did a fantastic job that she and her husband raved about. So when I was looking for a bid to replace the siding on our home in the summer of 2015 I immediately contacted Susie and Duane to visit my home to provide both advice and a pricing estimate and after a quick review of the bid results I made a decision to proceed with Feia Construction to do the siding replacement at our home. This decision was based on receiving a fair, competitive price, but most importantly my decision was based on the company's straight forward, honest approach and the trust I had in them doing a great job and completing the project on time and on budget Hardy plank siding was recommended and the installation went great and we couldn't be happier. The Feia Construction did a professional job and the project was a total success and home turned out great. Throughout the whole process I was kept abreast of all activities and a couple unexpected problems with the house structure occurred once the old siding was removed. The team made the needed house structure repairs quickly and at a fair price and professionally, this is where the trust I had with Susie and Duane came into play. I figured something unexpected would happen somewhere during the siding replacement, it did and they handled it th way I appreciated On top of that, when I asked how I could store space siding pieces in the garage Duane suggested I run to Home Depot to buy a couple brace supports and he would install in y garage at NO additional charge. That and handling a couple of a few other small home repair situations I had, Duane and his team went beyond my expectations heading into the project. I couldn't have been happier with the project and would definitely recommend Feia Construction for any projects you want done by a contractor that knows what they are doing and more importantly you can trust.
