I was referred to Niels of Open Concept Home Design through a collegue . Our design consultation was productive and easy going. He was able to expand on my project criteria ideas with smart design solutions on the spot. It was a relief that Niels provides a design and build service. He was on site everyday ensuring that the construction followed his design drawings. We were very pleased with the entire process. Great architecture, smooth construction, and fair pricing. I would recommend OCHD without hesitation for any big house renovation.
