Nicole is amazing! When she heard about the idea behind the community cafe that we wanted to start, she got behind our project 100%. Her design and connections with people helped to make our cafe a stunning success and quite impressive to boot. We had the recent pleasure of working with Nicole at Rivet Management for a huge renovation project that included new windows and doors, new shingles, completely flipping the floor plan of the main floor, adding a powder room and a shower to a former half bath, and flooring throughout. Although we'd never worked with a designer before, there were numerous times when she proved her benefit. Some of the aspects we most appreciated included: - Nicole sought at least three quotes for every major job so that we could find the most value for our hard-earned dollars. This service alone saved us thousands. - She came up with a fantastic floor plan for us. - She connected us with reputable contractors and services in the area. We were particularly grateful for the general contractor she found for us. He was a perfect fit for our family and his attention to detail is what truly produced a fantastic end result. - Nicole addressed occasional problems that came up in the scope of work and helped us find solutions with our contractors. - She directly assisted with the selection of kitchen cabinets, paint colours, draperies, and accessories but she also supported us in making our own design choices. The end product was a direct reflection of who we are and how our home has to function for our family. At no point did we feel we were making a choice to please our designer rather than pleasing ourselves. - She went above and beyond on several occasions, such as bringing us a home-cooked meal at a time when she knew our own stove had been out of commission for several weeks and we were fed up with frozen foods and drive-through windows. - She stuck through the process from start to finish, even though it exceeded our original timeline. She never wavered in her dedication. - Nicole was polished and professional when necessary but also had a terrific sense of humour and a quick smile. Working with her was never a task, it was always something we looked forward to. We are very happy with our choice to hire and work with Nicole from Rivet Management. Now that she's finished helping us create our dream home, we can only imagine she can do the same for many other fortunate clients.

Nicole was very kind and knowledgeable. She was easy going and didn't mind answering all of our questions. This was our first time going to a "design center" so we had a lot of questions. She also wasn't afraid to step in and let us know what would go with the options we liked. Kept her opinions professional and always explained the pros/ cons in layman's terms. Attention to detail was great and we could tell she was very experienced in the selection process and even knew some of the choices before we even went onto that next step.
