“Radiant home have been instrumental in shaping our new home as well was our basement in 2 separate projects. They were and continue to remain extremely professional and are available to help us even 4 years after the project is complete if we happen to have small issues. We had to price match certain things which were quoted slightly expensive , but they were very open to adjusting the initial quote. Great team and we are very happy with their work.”

“Bob Footit Contruction built our home and we are extremely pleased with the results. It is nice to have a contractor that truly has the clients best interest in mind. The detail they put into every aspect was very impressive. The smallest details that even I may have over looked were addressed to me and resolved with out question. If they ordered windows or a door with the slightest imperfection they insisted on reordering make sure it was perfect. They were also very accommodating to our needs and our schedule. “Terry Becker Construction built the Georgian home featured. The design of the home deserves mention; plans, interior/exterior details were in fact provided by a most talented architect, and exterior finish stone from a Connecticut source. Great execution of interior and exterior, that would not have been possible without the expertise of both sources. I speak with first hand familiarity, having been the interior designer on the project, who located both the aforementioned to ensure a client's dream.
